Our Process
We make our hail damage repair process as convenient as possible during this already stressful time.
- Evaluate. An account representative will meet you where it’s most convenient — at your home, work, or our facility to provide a free, no-obligation evaluation of the damage. We’ll let you know right then if your car qualifies for our program.
- File a claim. If your car qualifies, we’ll assist you in filing a comprehensive claim with your insurance company. If you’ve already done that, we’ll determine if a supplemental inspection is required.
- Complimentary rental car. Is rental car reimbursement covered by your insurance company? If so, we’ll set it up for you. If it’s not covered, we will cover the cost of a car rental for the duration of the repair. We also offer valet services for a convenient drop-off process.
- Communicate. Expect weekly progress updates from your account representative on where your car is in the hail damage repair process.
- Return. Once the repair process is complete, your representative will coordinate the return of your vehicle, along with a copy of Hail Medic’s Proof of Repair.

Besides minor scratches, it would be hard to tell my Subaru WRX was 8 years old, before the damage. Josh was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Once I received my repaired car, I intently looked it over for any areas that stuck out or that the hood matched the body, since the hood had to be replaced. I could not find anything out of place nor would anyone believe the car previously had hail damage. My expectations were vastly surpassed and I would highly recommend Hail Medic!

My insurance company weren’t the best to start with and sent out a sketchy adjuster. See my review of the best claims solutions. Please be warned. Before you get insurance involved, call Hail Medic. They’ll build you an estimate that’s accurate. They’ll take care of your car like it’s their own. Josh took care of my car and took care of me through this entire process. They came to bat for me when my insurance company wanted to believe the best claims and total the car. Progressive showed up to do a second evaluation and so did the entire shop to make sure the inspection was done right.
