Matt and the rest of the Hail Medic crew did an amazing job on my 2024 GLI. I honestly had not heard of the company prior to speaking with Matt. I had been searching for some time on a company that could restore my car back to the original brand new condition I had purchased it in since I had it for such a short time before the May hailstorm. Lots of places were booked out for MONTHS going into 2025. Matt restored my hope by telling me he could get it in and out of the shop with little effort on my end and it’d look brand new again! 10/10 recommend Hail Medic. Trust their process because they definitely believe in customer service and making sure that the customer come first.

Great service every step of the way! I worked with Ace, who started by coming out to my home to do a general assessment. He let me know due to the amount of hail damage and age/value of the car, it would likely be deemed a total loss. He was very helpful in explain long what the whole process would look like since I’d never had hail damage before.

While the overall process took awhile, it didn’t seem to be the fault of the shop, but rather my insurance company and adjuster. A ton of poor communication, conflicting information, and delays on their end, but finally I was given my options. I decided to take a check and give up the car given what insurance offered, what I paid for the car, and my desire for a newer vehicle.

Ace and his awesome admin team were diligent about communication and keeping me updated. They helped me get a rental as they inspected the car and had an adjuster come out. They even removed (and stored!) my personal items from the car before insurance came to retrieve it as I was starting some extended travel the day I had to make the decision - so kind and helpful!

Overall great experience with these guys, I highly recommend choosing Hail Medic!

I had a great experience working with Hail Medic, and Casey in particular made the whole process seamless. They provided a rental car, handled communication with the insurance company, and kept me updated every step of the way. The insurance process was a bit tricky and confusing, but the team was incredibly reassuring and walked me through everything. It did take some time to finish, but that was due to the high volume of cars from the hail storms that year. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them!

These people did a fantastic job with my 2023 dodge challenger. Had hail damage everywhere now I don’t see any dents. I recommend this place to get your hail damage repair fix. Quick,easy and simple. Thank you hail medics!!! I would also wanna appreciate Casey from hail medics for making the process easy and simple, any questions I had he was there and answered all of them. My husband I had two of our vehicles repaired at Hail Medic from a small hail storm we had a few weeks ago. They did an amazing job removing all the hail damage! My husband’s truck and my Tahoe look brand new. The customer service we received was excellent, they went above and beyond for us.

I had a tremendous experience with the team @ Hail Medic! I originally contacted a big box body shop with lots of locations. They said they wouldn’t get to my cars (2) until March and were planning on cutting out and replacing both roofs. Matt and his Manager met me and my son within blocks of my house to inspect our vehicles. They assured me there was no reason to replace the roofs, which would have been reported on Carfax due to structure damage to the vehicle, and could get to my cars right away. Matt contacted me every Tuesday and Friday to update me the whole way though! Both cars were completed within my rental coverage time frame which was a great bonus! The whole staff was courteous and welcoming with every interaction! Matt even offered to pick up and deliver my cars to me! All repairs were PDR and the cars came out great! I expected this all to be a hassle due to insurance and I was completely impressed. Thanks Hail Medic!!

We worked with Ethan and I don’t think he could have made it any easier for us! I’m really tall so he made sure to get me a rental I was comfortable in and then gave my wife the same rental when she took her truck in. The work they did was awesome and I have one of those “A” type attention to detail personalities. I’m recommending them to all our friends with hail damage. My vehicle was done in less than 2 weeks and a lot of that time was spent waiting for the insurance adjuster.

Shamus and his team were lovely to work with. I have a 2022 TRD Camry that I’ve been putting off getting some serious hail damaged worked on but they made the process as easy as possible for me and even provided a rental car while mine was being worked on. He was great at keeping me updated throughout the whole process and upon receiving my car, I could tell their team worked on it with care.

If I could give Hail Medic more than five stars I would! My car came out looking better from being repaired from hail damage than it did the day I bought it brand new. Inside and out. James Featherston made the entire process, including my rental car, incredibly smooth and convenient for me. He was also very good at communicating with me from start to finish. I will 100% be using Hail Medic in the future should I run into any other hailstorms…heaven forbid. I highly recommend them!

I must say, they did an amazing job on my Mercedes! The process was hassle free, thanks to salesman Garrett! INDEED! Less than two weeks, I picked up my vehicle with absolutely no sign of hail damage anywhere. Thank you for such an awesome experience Hail Medic! 5/5
