Brandon at Hail Medic was awesome with the repairs on my truck. I got caught in a massive hail storm coming home from work In April of 2024 . Insurance adjuster quoted over13000 in damages. The hood and cab were trashed with multiple dents and some had double dents. The guys at Hail Medic took care of everything including the rental car and insurance negotiations. Even buffed and waxed the truck on return. Truck looks just as good as when I bought it new. Don't hesitate to give them a call for your repairs. They are Awsome !!!

Outstanding experience and repair! My car sustained significant hail damage all over the body after a recent heavy hail storm in Colorado Springs, CO. Besides minor scratches, it would be hard to tell my Subaru WRX was 8 years old, before the damage. Josh was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Once I received my repaired car, I intently looked it over for any areas that stuck out or that the hood matched the body, since the hood had to be replaced. I could not find anything out of place nor would anyone believe the car previously had hail damage. My expectations were vastly surpassed and I would highly recommend Hail Medic!

Casey was super easy to work with and made the experience great. They fixed my car up quickly and got rid of the 100-200 (maybe even more to be honest) hail dents on my car and it looks great. They also made the rent a car situation easy and updated me through out the time they had my car at their shop. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with hail damage around Denver.

I’ll admit I was very skeptical at first because I heard of hail medic from a salesperson coming to my door and it seems too good to be true that you don’t have to pay a dime out of pocket. However I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Casey worked with me to get me in a rental car and get my truck to the shop. I even came to the shop to check it out and make sure it was legit first. Hail medic dealt directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to do anything. They also paid enterprise directly so I didn’t have to worry about being reimbursed or anything like that. While the process did take almost 6 weeks, I walked away with my truck looking good as new and I literally didn’t pay a penny out of pocket. They even cleaned my truck inside and out before returning it.

Hail medic was great! They worked well with my mom who is elderly and does not understand all the insurance aspects of the process but Jason was very patient and informative with her in explaining everything to her. He went out of his way to bring her rental car to her instead of her having to drive too far to pick it up. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for hail damage repair.

Great Experience! Stephen H. brought a loaner to my office to swap cars. When my car was finished, he brought my card to my home to swap cars again. Their workmanship is top notch! I hope I never have hail damage again, but if I do, I will definitely be giving Hail Medic a call.

I recommend hail medic for hail damage repairs. They do excellent quality work, my car looks brand new again. I'm pretty sure all there reps are helpful. My rep was Josh and he was very professional. He was helpful every step of the way, answered all of my questions, very attentive thru the process. Thank you Hail Medic for a job well done.

I highly recommend Hail Medic in Arlington. My wife and I had severe hail damage to our cars from the last storm. We had a friend who highly recommended this company, so we decided to give them a call. Stephen came to our home and did an on-site estimate, and it was pretty much smooth sailing from there; it could not have been easier.

After we started the process, he dropped the rental car off at my home and took my vehicle to the shop, which was very convenient. He also gave me regular updates and dealt with the insurance so I didn’t have to. Stephen was also very responsive to all my questions And concerns throughout the process. When my repair was complete, he dropped the truck off at my house. And for the hail damage the truck sustained, they did a fantastic job removing every dent. I would highly recommend Hail Medic in Arlington, and a big shout out to Stephen for taking care of us.

You’re going to get a lot of flyers on your car when you go through a hail event. These guys are the real deal. My insurance company weren’t the best to start with and sent out a sketchy adjuster. See my review of the best claims solutions. Please be warned. Before you get insurance involved, call Hail Medic. They’ll build you an estimate that’s accurate. They’ll take care of your car like it’s their own. Josh took care of my car and took care of me through this entire process. They came to bat for me when my insurance company wanted to believe the best claims and total the car. Progressive showed up to do a second evaluation and so did the entire shop to make sure the inspection was done right.

Customer care…you would have thought it was Josh’s car. The care, the personal attention, communication and understanding of the story behind the car. That’s the part where myself and my husband were blown away.
Thankful isn’t the word to use when we think of Hail Medic. We can’t rate them high enough. Thank you Josh and the team. Andy and I are so thankful for you all!

If you love your car, so will HailMedic. My car was recently involved in a hail storm in Denver and took heavy damage. I wanted quality repairs and service. I looked through reviews on Google, found HailMedic, and called. This was my first experience with heavy hail damage and I didn’t know what to expect. I worked with James and his diligent team, who came out to offer consultation on a repair estimate and the process following. My schedule is very busy throughout the week and the process was very hands off. James and my insurance took care of everything. James met me at Enterprise, I got a rental, and my car was driven to the shop for me. James provided multiple updates throughout the process and photos via text/call, always answering right away. When my car was finished, I was called immediately and offered the opportunity to pick my Subi. James drove my car to Enterprise, where I return my rental car and drove my Subaru home the same day. Two small dings were left after my car was returned. James set up my appointment for the next Tuesday and it took them 20 minutes to finish the repairs, easy experience. The exterior and interior of my Subi were completely cleaned before being returned to me. The work ethic and quality results were above my expectations. I’m a very satisfied customer, and I do recommend HailMedic if your life is fast-paced and you endorse quality work.

-My Subi looks so beautiful, and I’m so proud with the repairs provided. I can’t tell my car was ever in a hail storm.

Cons:
-Initially, it took time to get the process scheduled, but everything moved quickly after.
-The initial date given for being finished was extended. Provided, they are very popular locally and have a ton of business in rotation. It’s not an issue if you have a rental. They also cover the difference if they do keep it over the initial time.
