PDR is an environmentally friendly technique for fixing hail damage. It requires no painting or bodywork as we maintain the factory finish and factory panels of your car.
Here’s how our process works:

Evaluate
To see if your car qualifies for our paintless dent repair program, an account representative will visit your home for a free, no-obligation inspection of your car to determine the severity of the damage.

File a claim
If your car qualifies and you want to work with us, we help you file a claim with your insurance company. If you’ve already filed a claim, we’ll assess whether a supplemental inspection is needed to meet your insurance’s requirements.

Complimentary rental car
If rental car reimbursement is covered under your insurance, we’ll set it up for you. If it is not covered, we’ll pay for a rental for the duration of the repair process. We also offer complimentary valet services for your convenience. Your account representative will arrange it for you.

Communicate
Each week, you’ll receive an update from your account representative letting you know the status of your car. We won’t leave you wondering.

Return
Once the PDR dent repair is completed, your account representative will arrange for the return of your car and provide Hail Medic’s Proof of Repair.
The car hail damage repair process usually takes about two weeks but can vary based on the season. Your account representative will explain the timeline at your evaluation.
