If a hailstorm took out its fury on your vehicle, don’t despair. Hail Medic is here to repair the damage with our paintless dent repair services. We work directly with your insurance company and require zero out-of-pocket expenses. Contact us or get a free evaluation.
Our Process
We make our hail damage repair process as convenient as possible during this already stressful time.
- Evaluate. An account representative will meet you where it’s most convenient — at your home, work, or our facility to provide a free, no-obligation evaluation of the damage. We’ll let you know right then if your car qualifies for our program.
- File a claim. If your car qualifies, we’ll assist you in filing a comprehensive claim with your insurance company. If you’ve already done that, we’ll determine if a supplemental inspection is required.
- Complimentary rental car. Is rental car reimbursement covered by your insurance company? If so, we’ll set it up for you. If it’s not covered, we will cover the cost of a car rental for the duration of the repair. We also offer valet services for a convenient drop-off process.
- Communicate. Expect weekly progress updates from your account representative on where your car is in the hail damage repair process.
- Return. Once the repair process is complete, your representative will coordinate the return of your vehicle, along with a copy of Hail Medic’s Proof of Repair.

I had been not dealing with my hail damage because it was such a pain in the butt to get my car into the shop, but they came and picked it up and dropped it off! Not only that, but my car looks amazing on the outside… But they deal with the crap out of it on the inside and it looks amazing! Matt was so great to work with and I would refer these guys to everyone I know! I hope you don’t need to have Hail damage work, but if you do, these guys will take excellent care of you. I used my insurance FYI, but they were still super affordable!

Leela SaxenaGreat service every step of the way! I worked with Ace, who started by coming out to my home to do a general assessment. He let me know due to the amount of hail damage and age/value of the car, it would likely be deemed a total loss. He was very helpful in explain long what the whole process would look like since I’d never had hail damage before.
While the overall process took awhile, it didn’t seem to be the fault of the shop, but rather my insurance company and adjuster. A ton of poor communication, conflicting information, and delays on their end, but finally I was given my options. I decided to take a check and give up the car given what insurance offered, what I paid for the car, and my desire for a newer vehicle.
Ace and his awesome admin team were diligent about communication and keeping me updated. They helped me get a rental as they inspected the car and had an adjuster come out. They even removed (and stored!) my personal items from the car before insurance came to retrieve it as I was starting some extended travel the day I had to make the decision - so kind and helpful!
Overall great experience with these guys, I highly recommend choosing Hail Medic!
