My husband and I had our Vehicles repaired at Hail Medic. From the hail storm in May my car had major damage from the storm. My husband's vehicle wasn't as bad as mine but Hail medic did an awesome job.They both look brand new again . They kept me informed through the whole process I definitely would recommend them to get your vehicle fixed here for hail damage and the bonus for using them I didn't have a deductible on anything for their service or for the rental either I recommend them 100% very super satisfied.

They're excellent professionals, Josh and his crew are very kind. They made an excellent job with my Tacoma, I'm happy. Highly recommend!

My husband I had two of our vehicles repaired at Hail Medic from a small hail storm we had a few weeks ago. They did an amazing job removing all the hail damage! My husband’s truck and my Tahoe look brand new. The customer service we received was excellent, they went above and beyond for us.

Truly blown away by Hail Medic, their rep Ethan, and the work done top to bottom. I never know what to expect w. a knock at the door after a hail storm. Roofers attack like rabid raccoons. This was the exact opposite from Hail Medic. I was upfront that I probably wasn’t interested bc I didn’t have rental insurance. They covered that! Deductible? The covered that too! Then they didn’t charge me a penny over the insurance payout, AND picked up and delivered my truck to my door. Phenomenal business model. Can’t recommend them enough.

Matt and the rest of the Hail Medic crew did an amazing job on my 2024 GLI. I honestly had not heard of the company prior to speaking with Matt. I had been searching for some time on a company that could restore my car back to the original brand new condition I had purchased it in since I had it for such a short time before the May hailstorm. Lots of places were booked out for MONTHS going into 2025. Matt restored my hope by telling me he could get it in and out of the shop with little effort on my end and it’d look brand new again! 10/10 recommend Hail Medic. Trust their process because they definitely believe in customer service and making sure that the customer come first.

On May 9 2024 Sherman Texas was hit by a major hail storm. My car was hit by baseball size hail covered in massive dents. This happened while I was at work. The next day I made a claim with my insurance. On my way to work I stopped at the same store I stop at everyday and a man walks up to me and asks about the damage on my car. He introduced himself. He was Casey from Hail Medics and said he could help me with my car. Casey drove from Arlington Texas to Colbert Oklahoma to evaluate my car on a Saturday. Casey said he would cover my deductible, set me up with a rental car and keep the incident off Car Fax. Casey dealt with the insurance company and did all the paperwork that I hate doing. Everything went smoothly and my car looks like new again. Casey made everything as painless as possible. I got my car back with a guarantee and no money out of pocket. They even touched up my paint, buffed it and cleaned the inside. I highly recommend Hail Medics. Thank you Casey for everything you did.

I had a great experience working with Hail Medic, and Casey in particular made the whole process seamless. They provided a rental car, handled communication with the insurance company, and kept me updated every step of the way. The insurance process was a bit tricky and confusing, but the team was incredibly reassuring and walked me through everything. It did take some time to finish, but that was due to the high volume of cars from the hail storms that year. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them!

Great service every step of the way! I worked with Ace, who started by coming out to my home to do a general assessment. He let me know due to the amount of hail damage and age/value of the car, it would likely be deemed a total loss. He was very helpful in explain long what the whole process would look like since I’d never had hail damage before.

While the overall process took awhile, it didn’t seem to be the fault of the shop, but rather my insurance company and adjuster. A ton of poor communication, conflicting information, and delays on their end, but finally I was given my options. I decided to take a check and give up the car given what insurance offered, what I paid for the car, and my desire for a newer vehicle.

Ace and his awesome admin team were diligent about communication and keeping me updated. They helped me get a rental as they inspected the car and had an adjuster come out. They even removed (and stored!) my personal items from the car before insurance came to retrieve it as I was starting some extended travel the day I had to make the decision - so kind and helpful!

Overall great experience with these guys, I highly recommend choosing Hail Medic!

Shamus and his team were lovely to work with. I have a 2022 TRD Camry that I’ve been putting off getting some serious hail damaged worked on but they made the process as easy as possible for me and even provided a rental car while mine was being worked on. He was great at keeping me updated throughout the whole process and upon receiving my car, I could tell their team worked on it with care.
