Wonderful experience and great work performed to fix the hail damage on my new Truck. Mike Griffis, and the Hail Medic team did a great job repairing my truck. I picked up my new truck the evening of 5/31, and watched it get hailed on less than 24 hours later. Just under $7K worth of damage and now it looks like it did on day one. Grateful for the service they provide and the rental they provided while my truck was getting fixed. Will definitely use again should I ever need hail repair on my vehicles.

David Delacruz was absolutely amazing. His constant communication with updating me about my vehicles progress made me feel very comfortable. He was so sweet and caring. I will definitely use Hail Medic in the future, they did an amazing job on both my vehicles and detailed cleaned them before returning them to me. What great customer service! Outstanding experience and repair! My car sustained significant hail damage all over the body after a recent heavy hail storm in Colorado Springs, CO. Besides minor scratches, it would be hard to tell my Subaru WRX was 8 years old, before the damage. Josh was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Once I received my repaired car, I intently looked it over for any areas that stuck out or that the hood matched the body, since the hood had to be replaced. I could not find anything out of place nor would anyone believe the car previously had hail damage. My expectations were vastly surpassed and I would highly recommend Hail Medic!

Hail Medic was fantastic! Matt guided me through my first hail damage repair, making the insurance process a breeze. They provided a free rental car, which was a huge relief. The repair was done quickly and professionally. Taylor stepped in to finalize everything while Matt was away, and both were amazing. I’ll only use Hail Medic in the future and highly recommend them!

These guys are truly amazing and made my life so much easier! I had been not dealing with my hail damage because it was such a pain in the butt to get my car into the shop, but they came and picked it up and dropped it off! Not only that, but my car looks amazing on the outside… But they deal with the crap out of it on the inside and it looks amazing! Matt was so great to work with and I would refer these guys to everyone I know! I hope you don’t need to have Hail damage work, but if you do, these guys will take excellent care of you. I used my insurance FYI, but they were still super affordable!

You’re going to get a lot of flyers on your car when you go through a hail event. These guys are the real deal. My insurance company weren’t the best to start with and sent out a sketchy adjuster. See my review of the best claims solutions. Please be warned. Before you get insurance involved, call Hail Medic. They’ll build you an estimate that’s accurate. They’ll take care of your car like it’s their own. Josh took care of my car and took care of me through this entire process. They came to bat for me when my insurance company wanted to believe the best claims and total the car. Progressive showed up to do a second evaluation and so did the entire shop to make sure the inspection was done right.

Customer care…you would have thought it was Josh’s car. The care, the personal attention, communication and understanding of the story behind the car. That’s the part where myself and my husband were blown away.
Thankful isn’t the word to use when we think of Hail Medic. We can’t rate them high enough. Thank you Josh and the team. Andy and I are so thankful for you all!

I had hail damage on my 2019 Tacoma, and the team did an outstanding job. The workmanship was excellent – my truck looks brand new. Casey handled everything from start to finish, including the rental car and insurance claim, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Shamus and his team were lovely to work with. I have a 2022 TRD Camry that I’ve been putting off getting some serious hail damaged worked on but they made the process as easy as possible for me and even provided a rental car while mine was being worked on. He was great at keeping me updated throughout the whole process and upon receiving my car, I could tell their team worked on it with care.
