If a hailstorm took out its fury on your vehicle, don’t despair. Hail Medic is here to repair the damage with our paintless dent repair services. We work directly with your insurance company and require zero out-of-pocket expenses. Contact us or get a free evaluation.
Our Process
We make our hail damage repair process as convenient as possible during this already stressful time.
- Evaluate. An account representative will meet you where it’s most convenient — at your home, work, or our facility to provide a free, no-obligation evaluation of the damage. We’ll let you know right then if your car qualifies for our program.
- File a claim. If your car qualifies, we’ll assist you in filing a comprehensive claim with your insurance company. If you’ve already done that, we’ll determine if a supplemental inspection is required.
- Complimentary rental car. Is rental car reimbursement covered by your insurance company? If so, we’ll set it up for you. If it’s not covered, we will cover the cost of a car rental for the duration of the repair. We also offer valet services for a convenient drop-off process.
- Communicate. Expect weekly progress updates from your account representative on where your car is in the hail damage repair process.
- Return. Once the repair process is complete, your representative will coordinate the return of your vehicle, along with a copy of Hail Medic’s Proof of Repair.

Austin RinehartI have a 2011 Shelby Cobra GT500 that had pretty significant hail damag. I was looking around a few shops, and Matt from hail medic hit me up first and was very straight forward and super easy to communicate with. He drove an hour all the way to Elizabeth where I live and looked at all the damage on my car he was able to give me a fairly close idea on how much it would cost to repair my vehicle considering I was going to pay with cash, and if it would be repairable. They were able to get me in the very next day and start repairing it. When I got there I was greeted by Jess the desk queen who was very nice and super easy to communicate with. After that I walked into the shop and met with Hayden who talked to me about what repairs we’re going to get done. Sergio was the guy that did the actual repairs on the Shelby and when I say it turned out phenomenal I mean that with everything!!!!! It turned out like a new vehicle compared to when it pulled into the shop on the first day. I recommend these guys to anybody!!! If you have any PDR hail damage you can count on them to get it done! These people are amazing and know what they’re doing! Do not second guess coming to these guys for your repairs!! 10000% recommend
