Our Process
We make our hail damage repair process as convenient as possible during this already stressful time.
- Evaluate. An account representative will meet you where it’s most convenient — at your home, work, or our facility to provide a free, no-obligation evaluation of the damage. We’ll let you know right then if your car qualifies for our program.
- File a claim. If your car qualifies, we’ll assist you in filing a comprehensive claim with your insurance company. If you’ve already done that, we’ll determine if a supplemental inspection is required.
- Complimentary rental car. Is rental car reimbursement covered by your insurance company? If so, we’ll set it up for you. If it’s not covered, we will cover the cost of a car rental for the duration of the repair. We also offer valet services for a convenient drop-off process.
- Communicate. Expect weekly progress updates from your account representative on where your car is in the hail damage repair process.
- Return. Once the repair process is complete, your representative will coordinate the return of your vehicle, along with a copy of Hail Medic’s Proof of Repair.

The next day I made a claim with my insurance. On my way to work I stopped at the same store I stop at everyday and a man walks up to me and asks about the damage on my car. He introduced himself. He was Casey from Hail Medics and said he could help me with my car. Casey drove from Arlington Texas to Colbert Oklahoma to evaluate my car on a Saturday. Casey said he would cover my deductible, set me up with a rental car and keep the incident off Car Fax. Casey dealt with the insurance company and did all the paperwork that I hate doing. Everything went smoothly and my car looks like new again. Casey made everything as painless as possible. I got my car back with a guarantee and no money out of pocket.
