I had recently just bought a brand new car (a 2024 Honda accord). I was so excited and in love with all the details of the car, but I have to admit my favorite part had to be the beautiful blue color on the exterior. Unfortunately a few months ago my neighborhood was hit by an unexpected hail storm. Some reaching the size of a golf ball. It completely destroyed the exterior of the car and my windsheild. To be quite honest it looked like my car had chicken pox, and I’m not exaggerating. I was so devastated. I ended up deciding to take my car to Hail Medic because they have fantastic reviews. I wanted the car to look brand new again. Anthony was the one that took care of me. I could not have asked for better customer service. He is truly amazing!!! He answered my million questions, and was there for me 24/7. He constantly kept me updated about how the car was doing and made sure I knew what was going on and about where the car was during the process of repair. He explained the details of how they were going to fix the car, backup plans, and more. I can say especially being a woman I appreciated that more than you know. I never felt in the dark, or like I wasn’t sure what was happening like I have sadly felt at other mechanic shops. I know this is a lengthy review but this shop seriously deserves it. If you want a shop that has pride in their work, patience, amazing customer service, and ensures your car is looking brand new then this is the shop for you. Highly recommend. They covered my deductible and took care of my hail damage after the May 2024 hailstorm. I was able to get a windshield replaced under the same claim as well. The work done was perfect and I've seen no issues in the following months after the repair. There was an administrative issue that took place after that they were extremely helpful and willing to solve and is now no longer a concern. Only downside is how long everything took and a little bit of what I perceived to be a lack of communication, but considering how perfectly they handled everything I cannot complain.
