To say satisfied feels like an understatement because i can't believe how amazing my car looks now! Back in May, my car was hit with some pretty severe hail damage, resulting in a broken mirror and horrible dents all over my car. I decided to look into Hail Medic, and I am SO glad I did. I owe many thanks to James, who was so amazing from the beginning. He helped me with getting a rental, cutting down costs as much as possible, and was so easy to communicate with. I will say it took a decent amount of time before I got my car back, but it went by quickly, and I had no concerns about my car as James gave consistent and detailed weekly updates. Thank you so much to everyone at Hail Medic for fixing the damage done to my car--it looks as good as new! And a very special thanks to James and Nick, who were so fantastic and helpful this entire time. You go above and beyond in your work! The clear protector film on the hood and fenders didn't allign perfectly, Nick told me that he wanted me to be happy, so they took off the film and reapplied a new one! I had recently just bought a brand new car (a 2024 Honda accord). I was so excited and in love with all the details of the car, but I have to admit my favorite part had to be the beautiful blue color on the exterior. Unfortunately a few months ago my neighborhood was hit by an unexpected hail storm. Some reaching the size of a golf ball. It completely destroyed the exterior of the car and my windsheild. To be quite honest it looked like my car had chicken pox, and I’m not exaggerating. I was so devastated. I ended up deciding to take my car to Hail Medic because they have fantastic reviews. I wanted the car to look brand new again. Anthony was the one that took care of me. I could not have asked for better customer service. He is truly amazing!!! He answered my million questions, and was there for me 24/7. He constantly kept me updated about how the car was doing and made sure I knew what was going on and about where the car was during the process of repair. He explained the details of how they were going to fix the car, backup plans, and more. I can say especially being a woman I appreciated that more than you know. I never felt in the dark, or like I wasn’t sure what was happening like I have sadly felt at other mechanic shops. I know this is a lengthy review but this shop seriously deserves it. If you want a shop that has pride in their work, patience, amazing customer service, and ensures your car is looking brand new then this is the shop for you.
