Unfortunately a few months ago my neighborhood was hit by an unexpected hail storm. Some reaching the size of a golf ball. It completely destroyed the exterior of the car and my windsheild. To be quite honest it looked like my car had chicken pox, and I’m not exaggerating. I was so devastated. I ended up deciding to take my car to Hail Medic because they have fantastic reviews. I wanted the car to look brand new again. Anthony was the one that took care of me. I could not have asked for better customer service. He is truly amazing!!! He answered my million questions, and was there for me 24/7. He constantly kept me updated about how the car was doing and made sure I knew what was going on and about where the car was during the process of repair. He explained the details of how they were going to fix the car, backup plans, and more. I can say especially being a woman I appreciated that more than you know. I never felt in the dark, or like I wasn’t sure what was happening like I have sadly felt at other mechanic shops. I know this is a lengthy review but this shop seriously deserves it. If you want a shop that has pride in their work, patience, amazing customer service, and ensures your car is looking brand new then this is the shop for you.
