On May 9 2024 Sherman Texas was hit by a major hail storm. My car was hit by baseball size hail covered in massive dents. This happened while I was at work. The next day I made a claim with my insurance. On my way to work I stopped at the same store I stop at everyday and a man walks up to me and asks about the damage on my car. He introduced himself. He was Casey from Hail Medics and said he could help me with my car. Casey drove from Arlington Texas to Colbert Oklahoma to evaluate my car on a Saturday. Casey said he would cover my deductible, set me up with a rental car and keep the incident off Car Fax. Casey dealt with the insurance company and did all the paperwork that I hate doing. Everything went smoothly and my car looks like new again. Casey made everything as painless as possible. I got my car back with a guarantee and no money out of pocket. Matt and the rest of the Hail Medic crew did an amazing job on my 2024 GLI. I honestly had not heard of the company prior to speaking with Matt. I had been searching for some time on a company that could restore my car back to the original brand new condition I had purchased it in since I had it for such a short time before the May hailstorm. Lots of places were booked out for MONTHS going into 2025. Matt restored my hope by telling me he could get it in and out of the shop with little effort on my end and it’d look brand new again! 10/10 recommend Hail Medic. I had recently just bought a brand new car (a 2024 Honda accord). I was so excited and in love with all the details of the car, but I have to admit my favorite part had to be the beautiful blue color on the exterior. Unfortunately a few months ago my neighborhood was hit by an unexpected hail storm. Some reaching the size of a golf ball. It completely destroyed the exterior of the car and my windsheild. To be quite honest it looked like my car had chicken pox, and I’m not exaggerating. I was so devastated. I ended up deciding to take my car to Hail Medic because they have fantastic reviews. I wanted the car to look brand new again. Anthony was the one that took care of me. I could not have asked for better customer service. He is truly amazing!!! He answered my million questions, and was there for me 24/7. He constantly kept me updated about how the car was doing and made sure I knew what was going on and about where the car was during the process of repair. He explained the details of how they were going to fix the car, backup plans, and more. I can say especially being a woman I appreciated that more than you know. I never felt in the dark, or like I wasn’t sure what was happening like I have sadly felt at other mechanic shops. I know this is a lengthy review but this shop seriously deserves it. If you want a shop that has pride in their work, patience, amazing customer service, and ensures your car is looking brand new then this is the shop for you.
